Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let me know so we may resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

RETURNS

    For Standard Returns for refunds of items in new perfect unused condition we ask that all returns be done within 14 days and no more than 30 days of purchase.  Returns beyond 30 days will not be accepted with a  Christmas exception.  *Holiday/Christmas Exception for returns: All November and December Holiday purchases will have until January 30th to make returns as a customer courtesy. 

    1. You must contact us via email to receive an RMA number in order for any return to be properly processed.  All standard returns must be in new, unused and undamaged condition to be refunded.  
    2. Please provide a copy of your invoice with the approved RMA# written on it, to insure proper credit.
    3. Please use the proper care and packing material when sending any purchase back and use a track-able insured shipping method.  Once you receive your RMA number and prepare shipment send us the tracking information so we can receive and issue refund it as soon as possible.

    5. We reserve the right to refuse any return without an RMA#.
    6. Seller does not pay for the cost of return shipping.  Refunds for returns are issued within 5 business days of receiving return, minus our original shipping and handling costs.

    For Damaged Merchandise Exchanges and Refunds we must be notified via email within 5 business days of delivery, include order number and date of purchase.  Contact us as soon as possible for any damaged goods to work out a reasonable resolution.

      Lost Package:  Notify us via email and include date of purchase and order number. We will track shipment. Once tracked and verified as lost a replacement shipment will be sent within 2 weeks after the expected delivery date to insure item is truly lost and not just a postal carrier delay.

      Exchanges:  We can not exchange items that have different model numbers. If you would like to exchange for a different item you will need to return purchased item for refund and then purchase the other item.

      Our return policy is reasonable and we ask our customers to please abide by it.
